Screw Pile Foundations
Engineered helical piles — fast install, minimal disturbance, immediate load.
What we do
Screw piles (helical piles) are engineered steel foundations driven into stable soil — no big excavation, no curing time, and you can build on them right away. They're ideal for decks, garages, additions, and full foundations on tough or sloped ground.
We size and install piles to the engineered capacity and torque, with a report you can hand to your inspector.
What's included
- Pile layout and engineered sizing
- Hydraulic install to spec torque/depth
- Torque logging and capacity documentation
- Brackets and caps for your structure
- Decks, garages, additions, and full foundations
How it works
Assess & size
We review loads and soil, then size the piles with the engineer.
Lay out
Pile locations are marked to your structure's footprint.
Install & log
Piles are driven to spec torque and depth; we log every pile.
Cap & hand-off
Caps/brackets are set, and you get documentation for inspection.
Common questions
Can I build on screw piles the same day?
Yes — there's no concrete to cure, so the structure can go up as soon as the piles are installed and capped.
Do screw piles work in Alberta frost?
Yes. We install below the frost line to engineered depth, so the foundation stays put through freeze-thaw cycles.
